Blanche brings more than fifteen years of town planning experience to Ratio. As a senior associate, she leads planning advice, feasibility studies, planning permit application management, mediation and VCAT advocacy to clients in the residential, mixed-use, commercial and institutional sectors.

Blanche communicates openly with her clients, providing honest planning advice and a can-do attitude to the planning process. With highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, she believes in a proactive approach and a dedication to delivering timely and practical solutions to issues as they arise during the planning process.
