Lee graduated with a masters degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield in 2014. As part of his studies, He participated in the Erasmus scheme, studying in Lyon, France.
Following graduation, Lee worked at Avison Young in a planning consultancy role (Manchester, United Kingdom) for five years. Following his move to Australia, he worked for the City of Greater Geelong before joining Ratio.
