Based in Ratio’s Geelong office, James works across statutory and strategic frameworks to drive results-driven outcomes.

His experience working in Australia and the UK have seen James gain a global planning perspective which he uses to facilitate development outcomes.

Having resided in the Geelong area for the past 12 years, James delivers a sound understanding of the local planning framework, delivering contemporary design outcomes that respond to changes in market trends.

James is a member of the 2024 UDIA Victoria Regional: Geelong Chapter Committee.
