The integrated design of the new development is key to TLC Aged Care’s innovative model which focuses on a holistic approach to aged care in a modern and supportive environment.
Amenities
The two-storey facility will accommodate 180 beds, pharmacy, café, GP clinic, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy pool, mobile radiology, pathology, telehealth and other allied health services for both residents and patients from the local community.
Our Work
We worked closely with the City of Greater Geelong, VicRoads and surrounding developers to ensure that the design of the facility sat comfortably within the emerging neighbourhood and integrated with the Stewarts Road Greenway.
This consultative approach resulted in planning approval in May 2016.
Our team were excited to have been a part of this project which will deliver world-class aged care services.
