The Development
The three-storey mixed-use development occupies 211 square metres of land in Highton Village.
The site enjoys proximity to numerous dining and shopping amenities and lies within a short walk of Highton Reserve.
Our Work
Ratio’s Planning team navigated the challenges of the site to achieve a practical layout which maximised the use of just a small land package and improved activation to all three street frontages.
Key to these efforts was full on-site car parking waiver for the development which was successfully justified by our Transport team based on a centre-wide approach to car parking.
Our team is pleased to have made a positive contribution towards a growing activity centre.
