Dean is a town planner with more than 10 years’ experience after previously working as a journalist and political adviser.

He has managed varied planning permit applications including residential, industrial, retail and commercial developments, and has worked on strategic projects including the Baw Baw Settlement Management Plan and preparation of rezoning applications for the Department of Treasury and Finance through the Fast Track Government Land Service.

Dean has also prepared and presented at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal on behalf of applicant private and local government parties.
