The Project
The former Ray’s Outdoor site in North Geelong is visibly prominent along the busy Melbourne Road.
The parcel of land sits within an industrial precinct accessible via Princess Highway.
Our Work
The site has two easements running through the site which necessitated discussions with Barwon Water and Council’s engineering department to ensure there was no impact on their assets.
Our team ran the planning application for a building and works which will regularise the layout and improve the appearance of the site.
