The Development
The development will comprise 312 apartment dwellings in one, two and three-bedroom apartments across two multi-storey buildings. A 524 sqm supermarket tenancy is also proposed on-site.
Situated just 8km from the Melbourne CBD, the new address lies within convenient walking distance of both the Coburg and Batman Railway Stations.
Our Work
A suitable provision of on-site car parking was provided for each of the proposed uses and our Transport team was able to support a small car parking reduction for the supermarket component.
The proposal also included a generous provision of bicycle spaces to encourage residents, visitors, staff and customers to ride to and from the site and reduce the dependency on private motor vehicles.
The development is slated for completion in mid-2024.
