The Project
The project involved a large business park with modern office, customisable warehouses, two factory units, and an internal café.
Our Work
Our Transport team provided key inputs to develop suitable site access arrangements from the abutting road network and gain both Council and Department of Planning and Transport approval, as well as designing a functional and efficient internal access and parking layout.
Following the permit approval, there will be ongoing work to design the functional layout plans for the key site access points and receive endorsement from Council and Department of Planning and Transport. Ratio’s Transport team will also be conducting SIDRA analysis over a 10 year period to demonstrate that the proposed roadwork upgrades will service the development and the future operation of the adjacent road network.
