With Ratio’s assistance, the Belmont Collection was granted quick and efficient approval from Council.
Residents of the development will experience a safe and functional road and shared path network with discreet rear access road and carparking for the townhouses.
Our Work
The 107-townhouse development was a draft concept plan when Ratio reviewed the site.
Our transport team were engaged to provide design advice for the layout of the internal road network, external road intersections, traffic impacts, internal pedestrian and shared path network, garage design and adequacy of on-site resident and visitor carparking.
Our transport team also conducted a crash history assessment of the adjacent road network and reviewed the site’s accessibility by sustainable transport modes. This information informed a detailed traffic report for the developments planning application process.
