The Development
Slate House delivers 14 residences in two-and-three-bedroom configurations throughout the three-storey building and associated car park. The development has been divided into two sections, creating two communities within the single building site.
Slate House is situated in proximity to Brighton Beach, Brighton Grammar school and bustling Church Street.
Our Work
Ratio’s planning team joined the project to negotiate with Council and objectors and alleviate their concerns with the new contemporary development, despite its high compliance with ResCode and sound ESD initiatives.
Our team ran the planning application and successfully mediated with Council and objectors to avoid a VCAT date.
