The Development
Construction has topped out at the impressive residential development located on the corner of Male and Black Street. The site is located in walkable proximity to Church Street Shopping strip, Middle Brighton Train Station and Brighton Beach.
A high-quality and successful proposal was ultimately realised due to the strong design considerations of Fortis and Carr ‒ in particular, the strong landscaping response to the site which included the retention of established canopy trees.
