The Project
The Inclusionary Housing Pilot formed part of the Victorian Government’s housing strategy, Homes for Victoria, to deliver up to 100 new social housing opportunities across six Melbourne sites.
The land was developed by the private sector in partnership with community housing providers and local councils.
Our Work
Ratio’s Urban Design team were commissioned to complete a feasibility study for three sites located in Parkville, Broadmeadows and Wodonga.
Our team’s study assisted the client to appreciate the opportunities and constraints, optimum outcome and placement of affordable housing on each site.
