The 20 two-and-three-bedroom boutique residences sit a short walk away from Templestowe Village and Westerfolds Park, offering plentiful dining, fitness, convenience and service amenities.
Our Work
Ratio’s Planning team assisted clients in receiving an initial planning permit through Council and mediating with objectors.
The team subsequently lodged an amendment to combine apartment dwellings and modernise the aesthetic which was supported by Council and the Tribunal at VCAT.
The project is slated for practical completion in the latter half of 2023.
