The Project
The development included a variety of upgrades to improve the overall presentation of the building, fresh new signage for the historic restaurant building, and a new high quality landscaping scheme.
Sited within the Chadstone Homemaker Centre, the project will deliver a high quality, healthy food offering to the local community, whilst ensuring that the centre continues function to a high level and provide convenient shopping offerings.
Our Work
Our planning team facilitated a Council issued planning permit, effectively negotiating conflicting perspectives and expectations for the site and broader area, achieving a development outcome that was favorable to Grill’d, including post-permit amendments for improvements to the façade.
Our transport and waste management teams assisted by providing expert technical input throughout the application process, including review of the potential demand, car stacking within the drive-thru, a review of the existing car park demand, waste and loading area requirements.
Grill’d Chadstone is expected to open by the end of July 2024.
