The Development
Construction has commenced on the Alexandra Collection at Como Terraces.
Integrating effortlessly into the Como Hills environs, the 39 beautifully appointed residences span eight modernist buildings overlooking the highly sought-after Alexandra Avenue.
Our Work
Ratio’s Transport team negotiated the vagaries of the steep development site, which comprised landscapes of varying levels and subsequent project constraints.
The team prepared functional layouts and road safety audits for the development, gained approval access for traffic entering the site from Alexandra Avenue and accommodated a wide range of vehicles with generous on-site parking provisions.
Our Waste Management team provided design and strategic waste management advice, preparing a waste management plan to accompany the town planning and Secondary Consent applications for the ambitious development.
The precipitous terrain of the site resulted in staggered designs for basement levels of the development, rendering typical waste storage locations unsuitable.
The team devised an alternate waste management system comprising two waste holding areas and multiple waste drop-off rooms spread across all basement levels, ensuring convenient access to residents.
