The Project
The 12-storey residential hotel development comprises three basement levels, food and drink premises on the ground and first levels, and 114 hotel rooms.
Guests will have access to high-quality amenities, including a communal gym, conference facilities, and a 200 sqm rooftop terrace.
A critical focus was demonstrating that parking provisions met the development’s future needs, including resolving the appropriate allocation and location of bicycle parking within a confined basement. This work also involved preparing an accompanying Green Travel Plan to promote sustainable transport options for future staff and visitors.
Our waste team prepared the waste management plan, overcoming significant constraints related to bin storage space. Despite these challenges, we successfully developed practical solutions and strategies to ensure efficient waste handling and compliance.
