The amendment seeks to remove a single level of basement parking and increase the original approved development height to improve the internal layout and amenity of units.

Following the granting of the original permit through VCAT in 2016 and our client completing several of their significant development approvals over several years, it was time to reactivate the original permit.
Managing a challenging Council process which included pre-lodgment engagement, extensive referral comments, and a Council meeting process, our planning team successfully received the permit.
The amendment sought to improve the internal layout and amenity of units and the overall development to ensure it is more suitable for current market demands and expectations, removed a level of basement parking and oversupply in parking, and increased the original approved development height.
