Nicholas is a statutory planner with over 15 years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors in Queensland.

Nicholas’s thorough understanding and knowledge of the Queensland legislative system has allowed him to coordinate a large range of development projects including master planned estates, mixed-use high rises, aged-care/retirement facilities, island related development (resorts/marine infrastructure), and various multi-residential, community, industrial and commercial related development on all scales.

He has a high-level understanding and exposure to various Local Government Areas (LGA’s) and their respective planning instruments, making him particularly well-placed to assist in development throughout the entirety of Queensland.
