Hilary is a highly respected consultant with a diverse skillset informed by her employment at Grogan Richards, a stint working overseas and, most recently, at Cardno.
Hilary’s transport engineering expertise includes preparing Traffic Impact Assessments for the full range of development proposals, including traffic planning and design for major residential and industrial subdivisions.
She particularly enjoys preparing expert evidence and presentations to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and Planning Panels Victoria.
