The project
Customer demand for Launceston’s BCF and SuperCheap Auto stores had outgrown their existing locations. Our client sought to relocate both stores to bigger spaces to meet this growth. The move to the established Invermay big box retail precinct at 65-81 Gleadow Street will give both stores room to expand and better serve their customers.
Our Work
Our transport team delivered a traffic impact assessment and design advice that covered car park layout optimisation, safe and efficient site access, pedestrian movement planning, loading bay positioning and safety measures, and traffic flow management. This resulted in a well-integrated retail development that handles increased traffic flow while maintaining safety and accessibility for all users.
