Leo has 15 years of experience in waste management and environmental consulting and enjoys the challenge of integrating waste management systems with other disciplines. Beginning his career in the industry after moving to Melbourne from Colombia in 2009, he returned to study in 2013, completing a Master of Environmental Engineering Management.

Throughout his career, Leo has developed an impressive portfolio of projects across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania. He has worked on waste management systems for various large-scale mixed-use, urban renewal and office projects, shopping and town centre developments, master-planned suburban developments, business/industrial parks, and data centres, among others.
