The Project
TLC Whitewater is a four-storey multi-use, multi-generational building offering an onsite childcare centre, restricted recreation facility (gym and swimming pool), medical centre, café, and residential aged care facility.
The new facility will enjoy onsite dining and lounge rooms with a glass atrium, and active gathering places.
TLC Whitewater also offers residents access to an incorporated hair salon, a VR cinema, and a Community Hub.
Our Work
Our planning team have advised TLC in relation to use and built form outcomes for the development from inception of the concept through to ongoing advice and applications relating to the operation of the site.
Our transport team advised on the design, access to a transport zone, car parking waiver and prepared a car parking management strategy for the site.
