The Development
The impressive three-storey development comprises three large full-floor dwellings and seven apartments to the rear, located directly opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens and within convenient walking distance to the Domain Road café and restaurant strip, as well as Fawkner Park and the Yarra River.
It forms part of The Botanic Collection.
Our Work
Ratio’s Transport and Waste Management Teams joined the project in the early stages of development.
Our Transport team advised on the safe and convenient vehicle access to a basement car park accessed via Kurneah Place to the rear of the site, which is a right of way with a 90-degree bend.
Our Waste Management team provided a waste management plan incorporating private on-site waste collection services.
