The Development
The luxury mid-rise development features just 21 select apartments with interior design by the renowned David Hicks.
The building features amenities including a gym, library, cinema and cellar and resides within walking distance of the Hawthorn Arts Centre, Kooyong Tennis Club and Hawthorn Aquatics Centre.
Our Work
Joining the project in 2015, our planning team project-managed the building permit through Council, with a permit ultimately being granted through VCAT.
The team facilitated several amendments to assist development builder Cobild and the applicant manage the design and construction phase of the project.
Construction on The Kent is now completed.
