The Project
The Port of Sale Redevelopment Study delivers the necessary planning controls to ensure that any future use and redevelopment of the site pays deference to the strategic importance of the site.
Our Work
Our Planning and Urban Design teams prepared various 3D images, massing and streetscape proposals of the study area to illustrate the intent of the planning controls.
The Port of Sale Masterplan Review was adopted by Council in October 2021.
