Our Work
Our Planning, Transport and Waste Management teams worked undertook extensive community engagement and relationship building with Council to secure a successful planning outcome.
The proposed strategic planning policy amendment to the Mansfield Planning Scheme also resulted in appearances at Planning Panels Victoria before the approval was granted.
Our Transport team also advised on the provided traffic engineering evidence for proposed access arrangements and car parking layouts.
Our waste management team assisted the project team with the design of the waste storage area and prepared a Waste Management Plan. The proposed waste management system for the development involved a bin storage area on the ground level containing bulk bins for general waste and recycling, as well as storage provision for hard waste and e-waste. The waste team also prepared a swept path assessment to demonstrate that an 8.8-metre-long rear loader could access the loading area for waste collection.
