Jardine accommodates 11 residences in 3-and 4-bedroom configurations.
The site is in easy walking distance to the Greensborough Plaza, public transport services and amenities including local parks, cafés and schools.
Our Work
Our planning team were engaged to give town planning evidence at VCAT in November 2018.
Our team undertook a preliminary assessment of the development and recommended improvements to the plans that ultimately led to VCAT approval.
Our team subsequently undertook modelling and reporting duties to provide technical support to the SSDCP. Through the application of specialist road network modelling, the project team were able to deliver improved network capacity through optimised signal operation and network coordination to demonstrate that traffic generated by the development could be accommodated.
Stages
The Jardine development is now fully complete and home to new residents.
