The site’s central Church Street location places the apartment building within proximity to Citizens Park, numerous local dining and entertainment venues and within easy access to the Melbourne CBD.
Our Work
Interim planning controls were attached to the site which included mandatory height controls which were gazetted following primary approval for the development.
Our planning team ran the amendment application through Council, ultimately reaching an agreement at the Tribunal with Council and neighbouring objectors.
