The Project
The development will offer 54 apartments and a ground-floor restaurant tenancy, servicing Albury CBD. This includes existing and emerging healthcare/ business networks in the area, such as the proposed Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital, which is currently in the planning phase with the New South Wales, Victorian and Australian governments.
The design considers a response to the adjoining buildings within the Dean Street Conservation area, featuring a setback recession along the southern elevation to provide ‘breathing space’ and a suitable interface with the double-storey buildings to the south.
Our Work
Our planning team worked through the Council application phase to achieve a Councillor vote of 8-1 in favour of the proposed development, at the recent November Albury City Council Meeting and subsequently received planning approval.
