Our Work
Ratio’s planning were engaged as part of the project team in 2017 to assist in the pre-planning application and engagement stage, in addition to overseeing the granting of a planning permit via a Council meeting.
The Site
Our team negotiated the historic constraints of the site and the challenges of establishing a service station and associated car wash development on a key strategic site where a ‘gateway development’ was encouraged by planning policy.
Constraints
The project site was heavily constrained by easements and title restrictions which required careful navigation and dexterous problem-solving to surmount.
The team further managed a difficult council process following opposition to the delivery of another service station to the area.
