Our teams worked collaboratively to successfully amend an existing permit associated with the 25-storey mixed use development forming part of the Box Hill Metropolitan Activity Centre.

Ratio is proud to have a long relationship with the site, working with previous owners on separate schemes. In 2017, our Planning and Transport teams joined the project with R&F Property.

The Development

9 Prospect Street, Box Hill has recently topped out. The mixed-use residential building was developed by R&F Property and designed by Hayball, offering a hotel living experience with facilities including a pool, gym concierge service and porte cochère.

Located in the heart of Box Hill, 9 Prospect Street is close to public transport, retail and dining amenities while its terrace gardens and balconies deliver spectacular views of the CBD and Dandenong’s region.

Our Work

The permit amendments facilitated by Ratio comprised a reallocation of visitor parking to enhance the resident parking offering, amendments to the materiality and design of the facades and some internal alterations to apartment layouts.
