Our Work
Our planning team prepared, lodged, and managed the planning permit application through Council. We expertly navigated flooding implications affecting the surrounding land and managed vegetation protection requirements, securing permit approval without requiring any changes to the proposed building footprint. Additionally, we successfully demonstrated that the development met the criteria for exemption from advertising to surrounding properties.
