The Project
The development included demo of an existing warehouse on site, the construction of a new five-storey self-storage building, and an improved landscaping outcome across the site.
Our Work
Our planning team ran the application through Council, including a pre-application discussion and ongoing negotiations with the Council and other departments.
This ultimately resulted in an approval being granted for the facility.
