The development enjoys the residential surrounds of vegetated Eltham and lies within walking distance of Main Road and the Diamond Creek Trail.

Our Planning team was engaged to provide advice and prepare expert evidence before VCAT.
When Council refused the application on character grounds, the team worked with all parties to resolve issues and gain approval through VCAT.
Our team were able to demonstrate the benefits and need for reverse living designs to better respond to vegetative and topography constraints.
