The project
The new Woolworths supermarket is part of a larger retail development that includes space for additional specialty retail and café tenancies. The development features 177 car parks, dedicated pedestrian access and 32 bicycle parks to encourage sustainable transport options.
The site’s proximity to the major highway and opposite an existing Bunnings Warehouse presented access challenges that required a thoughtful solution.
Our work
We collaborated closely with local and State government to design and deliver a roundabout solution. This approach improved traffic flow for the new development while maintaining safe, convenient access to the existing Bunnings site opposite. The result is a traffic system that works seamlessly for both businesses and the broader road network.
