The Development
The two-storey purpose-built residential aged care facility delivers 120 beds.
This large 2ha parcel of land is within the Woodland Precinct which forms part of the Northern Growth Corridor.
Our Work
Our Planning team provided preliminary advice and subsequently lodged a planning application. A key challenge was to protect significant trees while ensuring that the design of the building would not compromise the operational and accessibility needs of this facility.
Our Transport team provided a Traffic Impact Assessment and design advice to overcome the site levels for the facility.
