The warehouse project will occupy 3.4ha of a flood-prone site at Morningside in the mainly industrial precinct.
The site offers connections to the Port of Brisbane and Brisbane Airport.
Our Work
Our transport team assessed and justified a reduction to the statutory car parking requirements and resolved several internal traffic conflicts through traffic engineering solutions to manage trucks, cars, and pedestrians.
The team also ensured a compliant car and truck parking and loading layout was provided and assisted in achieving a planning permit for the site and approval from Council’s traffic department.
