The Project
The purpose-built single-level child care building will accommodate 110 placements in the single-level contemporary building.
The site will make efficient use of a vacant portion of land adjacent to the hospital.
Our Work
The project site is uniquely positioned in Morwell-Traralgon Employment Corridor, a strategic development area comprising both the Latrobe Regional Hospital and Latrobe Regional Airport, and earmarked as a growth area to accommodate a wide range of land uses.
Our planning team gained approval for the project through Council.
