The Project
The 285-unit retirement village sits on a 2.14 hectare site in Altona North. Designed by Moull Murray Architects the project consists of five separate building modules ranging in height from 4 to 7 storeys, each separated by generous landscaped communal open space areas.
The retirement village will offer a range of amenities including a restaurant, gym/pool, cinema, library, yoga room, hairdresser, tennis court and medical facility.
The proposal was designed to integrate with adjoining childcare and community uses and offers residents a locality advantaged by access to services and transport options.
Our Work
Our planning team worked closely with the project team and Council officers to elicit Council support for the project and the issue of a planning permit.
