The project

Located just 10 minutes from Brisbane CBD, this architecturally designed boutique development delivers three premium work stores, adding significant value and versatility to the inner-south suburb of Yeronga.

Our Work

Our transport team worked closely with the developer and stakeholders to navigate site constraints, delivering a car parking and service vehicle arrangement tailored to the scale and intensity of the development. The complex site required creative thinking to achieve an appropriate yield and an optimised car parking layout. By testing the extents of the planning scheme and applying strategic design, we maximised service vehicle access and waste collection efficiency, achieving an optimal outcome for our client.

 

Our waste management team worked with the design team to develop a waste strategy that aligned with Brisbane City Council’s Refuse Planning Scheme Policy. We prepared a tailored waste management plan that balanced site functionality with Council expectations, resolving challenges around waste vehicle access and collection on the constrained site.
