The Development
The two-storey, 102-place childcare centre is positioned on a consolidated corner site, previously used as a medical centre.
Our Work
Ratio’s planning team consulted on the development. We advocated for this contemporary designed building, being consistent with the built form aspirations within the substantial change area.
Our team advised on building design measures appropriate to the Bell Street interface and protecting the amenity of the proposed play areas and existing residential neighbours.
