The Development
The development draws on the expertise of landscapers Eckersley Garden Architecture and arborist Joe Kellett Arboriculture to marry vegetation with the development’s contemporary façade, including an internal feature courtyard.
The Permit
Part of the permit’s success can be attributed to Ratio’s negotiation with Council and neighbours to ensure minimal changes to the building’s original design were implemented, ensuring that the application wasn’t taken to VCAT.
