The Project
The contemporary 60-place pre-school facility will be situated in a residential area at the foothills of the Bellevue Hill Reserve.
The development forms Stage 1 of a broader master plan to develop an integrated children’s services hub for Cowra Early Childhood Services Cooperative on the site.
Our Work
Our planning team prepared and submitted the planning application through Cowra Shire Council and took part in discussions with Council regarding the progression of the application.
Approval for the development was granted in just 31 days.
