The Project
Located on Howrah Road, Tasmania, the 24/7 service station is situated several metres away from Howrah Beach, Wentworth Park Sportsgrounds and Sunshine Tennis Club.
Our Work
Our Planning team conducted assessments and reviewed the planning scheme to ensure all the required controls are adequately addressed, including the Local Business Zone and parking and signage controls to allow a 24/7 operation
Our transport team maximised the available area on-site to provide as many car parking spaces as possible, whilst also allowing vehicles to adequately enter/exit the site and bowsers and efficiently facilitate tanker loading.
