The Project
The two-unit development comprises three-and-four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open plan living space which opens into a private backyard.
The development is located 20km east of the Melbourne CBD and is local to the Glen Shopping Centre, Koomba Park, with nearby primary and secondary education institutions.
Our Work
Our transport team sought to resolve council concerns with property access to the dual townhouses, ensuring that the living spaces were not impacted by vehicle demands.
The team ensured limited grading of the existing frontage of the site was maintained alongside appropriate living space outcomes for the dwellings.
