The Brief
Our client envisioned a more cohesive and efficient building layout for the site. Cheah Saw were able to realise this vision with a complete redesign.
The Project
The mixed-use developments located at 102, 104 and 106 Pier Street, Altona contains three retail tenancies at ground level and fifty-two apartments on the upper floors.
Our Work
The development required separate permits for three buildings and received planning approval in December 2021.
Our Transport team collaborated with Cheah Saw to develop an access arrangement with a reduction of two access ways to Pier Street. We also devised a car parking layout which removed numerous car stacking system.
Ratio also provided a Waste Management Plan for the buildings.
