Emily joined Ratio in March 2022 as part of her student placement and continued to work fulltime upon graduating. Emily has been involved in a range of planning matters, including residential, commercial and mixed-use development. She strives to apply creative strategies and thoughtful planning practice to facilitate equitable outcomes.

Emily's interests include Indigenous self-determination in planning and urban design where she can explore her passion for shaping future communities. She pursued planning because of her desire to shape the future of our
community and enjoys working across Victorian and Tasmanian based projects.
