The social housing development will comprise 60 2-bedroom townhouses, delivering accessible housing opportunities to the Youngtown community.
Our assessment evaluated traffic generation impacts on the existing road network, sustainable travel options, car parking provisions, internal road layout, and waste collection vehicle access. We also provided strategic design advice for the site layout to optimise resident access.
