The Project
The development will comprise a three-storey addition to a modest heritage dwelling.
This well sought inner city residential site is positioned within a mixed-use area of North Melbourne with many examples of infill development. The height of the new addition is consistent with the emerging character of the area.
Our Work
Our planning team worked closely with the client to gain a permit approval for the dwelling in four months, following a successful negotiation with Council.
